I have been using Intermittent Fasting and seems to be my new "secret weapon" for weight loss. The other one is no table salt and no high-sodium foods. Seeing gradual weight loss...nothing earth shattering but consistent. Eventually I will meet my BMI goal. I intend to continue to do Intermittent Fasting which isn't hard to incorporate as I live alone.
