I surprisingly slept okay last night. I slept from 10pm until 4:45am. So, it was a little under 7 hours, but I'm feeling alright, albeit a little tired. This is RARE for me these days!
I'm going to go out for a bike ride this morning in 32F weather, and I'm hoping that will help keep me sane for the rest of the day. It should also help me with sleep tonight, I think. Will report back tomorrow to see how well exercising did or didn't work.
