Hi, @jennifer! I was thinking, could it be something subconscious related to your daughter's visit? I learned a trick for things like this. You put the fear, or whatever it is, (don't laugh) in a chair (even an imaginary one) & interrogate it in a nice way. When you ask it questions the answers usually come to you. Another way is to write the questions on a piece of paper. I put a "Q" in front of the question. Then an "A" in front of the answer. Often I just kind of know the answer at that point.
