I am happy that you had a breakthrough thanks to your therapy. I have had those too. What you mentioned about small victories is also something I have experienced. I think they are underappreciated. I used to aim for 100% each day but now I am happy if I reach anything greater than zero. Each day is an opportunity for me to go beyond zero and if I do, I am content.
