yesterday i ran and mostly walked 5 miles. i ate a potato (300?) (roasted with 1/2 tablespoon of oil (60cal) and dunked in alfredo sauce (70cal), an apple (90), and some broccoli (30). total 550-600. i weighed 136 when i woke up.
i woke up today and weighed 135. i had a bowl of cereal (200cal). i'll probably have another bowl of cereal, some fruit, and broccoli. i don't think i will exercise today. maybe i'll do some strength training for my abs.
