southern Wisconsin may have gotten it -- I haven't heard of anybody my way (far north) affected.

That said, I lived in St Louis for 10 years and remember sitting on my boss's chair at work (he wasn't in it at the time, LOL) and feeling one!! I'm with Tomi and the Happy Cow on this one.
