I've certainly been where you are, we try and try to make some progress and you'd think that SOMETHING would help but it does'nt...in fact, just when you thought it would'nt get worse,it does. In my situation my answer was to move in the only direction I could, (even if it was scary) perhaps you know of an issue in your life that has dogged you for a long time, now may be the time to "walk thru the fire"...at any rate, good luck! always here for pm if you need a friend
