Hi! Sounds great, I hope that article u read really helps u! Can I just add, that ice cream is the worst, to even have in the house. If you're trying to watch what you're eating. It never fails, I will eat the ice cream consistently, everyday, until I finish it off. And once you're eating it, u just keep on eating it. I usually tell myself that I've had enough & put it back in freezer. Its addictive, or something!
