Thank you! It really helped a lot! I'm noticing now that I don't have the same cravings when I feel better. I'm also noticing whether I'm actually physically hungry or emotionally "hungry." There's a huge difference!

And THIS. Everything you mentioned about ice cream. That's why I still refuse to buy more than a pint at a time when I want ice cream. Those gallon ice cream tubs are terrible (terrbily delicious lol)!
