I haven't been doing to lately. I hadn't taken my meds for the last three days because I forgot. I woke up with that feeling that I'm going crazy and was dizzy so I remembered to take my meds. I've been feeling dizzy all morning and threw up this morning. Now I'm wondering if I'm sick. The room and computer are all spinning and I think I'm gonna call home to get checked out. I don't know.
