I had an egg on a tortilla for breakfast. A birthday cake Kit Kat around 9. Lunch was at 11 and I had a chicken leg and a thigh. Then I had some iceberg lettuce with calorie free dressing at 2:45. I’m trying to stay away from calorie free and diet stuff since I’ve heard it just stalls your weight, but I really needed something. Then I had dinner at 3 which was half a piece of chicken. I also had a couple Halo oranges today.
So it was about 1,220 for the day. Not the best since the majority of what I ate was eaten before 11:15AM. Probably why I’m having trouble sleeping right now.
