I went to the clinic yesterday and they taught me how to do it. I asked my doctor to be present for moral support. And I did it! I was able to give myself the shot. This is seriously a big deal as I have an extreme fear of needles/shots. I felt so nauseous afterwards, and now I find that area of my stomach disgusting and I don't want to touch it. But still, I did it! Luckily I only have to do it once a week.
