Ditto... my weight went up and down, up and down - when I was 'fat' I was single - when I was 'thin' I seemed to always have a boyfriend.
Now I realise that it was my state of mind and how I viewed myself that generated the subconcious signals I was sending out to the universe. When I felt 'fat' there was no way I could 'get' a boyfriend / when I was 'thin' I imagined that I must look much better this way, but it's not that way for most people -
It's a vicious cycle, and if you haven't got on the bike - DON'T... some people never manage to end the cycle, and those that do, struggle with it every hour of every day.
Please don't make the mistake of thinking that 'skinny' equals 'attractive' - most people lose the weight and don't feel any better about themselves anyway. Chances are, you wouldn't feel any better about your looks/body either.
Sensible diet and gentle exercise. I can't stress that enough!! lol
