day before yesterday i weighed 136. i don't remember what i ate, but i walked and ran 5 miles. my stamina is increasing.
i actually got down to 134.8 yesterday when i woke up but then i overate by A LOT (mostly at night) and didn't exercise beyond doing some light errands so this morning when i woke up i was 137 or 138 i honestly can't remember.
didn't eat much today since i wasn't hungry-just an orange and a few bites of flatbread & dal. i did some strength training exercises. i'll try to eat something so my metabolism doesn't crash.
i figured i can do my exercises like this: day 1- running, day 2- core & walking, day 3- strength training
