It was complete with f bombs in front of several customers. I'm a crew member at McDonald's and during one of my shifts, 2 hourly managers (A and B) started arguing and it broke into a full fledged verbal spewing. A is one level below GM and B just completed her manager training program. A takes lots of things personally and B just happened to not do something exactly the way A wanted. After their fight, A walked out and screamed "I fvckin quit!" barely 2 hours into her shift. Another manager (C) ended up covering the remainder of her shift.

The GM, who was off that day, has been alerted of the incident and is expecting lots of customer complaints. What's gonna happen to the 2 managers? Some kind of a write up? I watched the whole thing unfold and idk if I ever wanna move up after seeing this incident.
