Thanks! I decided to go back with my old therapist. But this time I talked to her about what was bothering me. It's very awkward now. She keeps pushing CBT but doesn't offer any practical considerations. So I just started making up crap based on what I've read. I'm hoping she'll drop the subject. I told her I would reframe my thoughts.
