Apparently, I HAVE had some "minor" dissociation issues, but this last one was so vivid that it made me feel concerned. I felt like I had lost some control, like I was in a hypnotic state.
I did have something happen in my past but I don't think that it had anything to do with this episode. No triggers that I'm aware of.
My pdoc IS my tdoc for which I am so very grateful.
Thanks again for your insight. I will tell my pdoc on Wednesday.
