I hope everyone doing their best to cope these days.

I am wondering what is your average dose of Lamictal. I have been on 200mg since the middle of March. In the last week I have noticed an uptick in my anxiety which is effecting my sleep a little. I am thinking it is a combination of my body needing a higher dose and finally realizing what the new normal that is facing our world.

Plus, being out of work doesn’t help. I’m finally getting unemployment but that was a fight and they still messed it up. So now I’m waiting for them to correct that but at least I’m getting enough to survive.

Just sucks because I’ve been worrying what’s going to happen when unemployment runs out. I need to not worry and just be happy I’m getting enough to survive.
