133.2 lbs this morning.

i ate cereal = 200 cals. rice, beans, and broccoli =400. then i had about 5.5oz of carrot cake which is probably around 600 cals. i still haven't exercised since the 22nd. i did groceries today which is probably 1 mile of walking.
