Ah, well, I guess being the good Oregon boy I have become, probably a freshly caught, fat Chinook from the Pacific or one of our rivers, cooked whole on the grill. I like to stuff it with a bunch of lemon slices and maybe onion. Some nice dill sauce. Big bunch of people and a nice party. Eat out on the patio. Something like that. Oh boy...
