I have been on Seroquel for sleep 25mg/hs and later increased dose to 400mg /psychosis. It has almost completely eliminated the voices but I still have to do the mental work to counteract it too. The side effects are dry mouth and sedation which fades by noon. It has been a easier drug for me than Geodon which had many side effects.
