My Support Forums - View Single Post - How often do you see your pdoc and/or therapist during these times?

I see my pdoc about every 3 months when I'm doing well, every month when I'm not. Right now I'm ok, so have only seen her once since the COVID mess started. I don't do individual therapy. I used to do in person support groups, but now I do virtual ones at least once a week.
