2012 fasting insulin 5 mg (ideal) -- now 11 (not ideal). I am likely insulin resistant.
C-reactive Protein a wopping 6. To compare in 2012 it was 1.5. This is considered high. Definitely have some inflammation going on.
The good news is that the IGM immunoglobulin went down. That is consistent with an infection easing. This is the one thing I want to go down for MGUS.

I just cannot believe how menopause changed my body substantially. I am the same weight and same eating habits I had in 2012... the only difference now is that I don't have estrogen due to menopause.

Not sure how to approach it.

I just keep thinking that a carnivore diet would work for me but not sure if could manage it while working (not to mention the expense)
