I had a bottle of cherry hibiscus tea and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. I got another Coke from McDonald’s around 9. I had a string cheese around 11. Then I got some nachos from Taco Bell which I had at 1:30. Dinner was at 4:30. I had deli turkey, cottage cheese, and a Greek yogurt. 1,220 calories total for the day. My meals were spread out today. My Pdoc told me not to snack but, honestly I really screw myself over when I don’t.
