T sessions are by phone and last between 30 and 45 minutes because I like to go through my issues quickly, get feedback and be done. My therapist has gone along with this so far though she has commented on it. My first NP appointment will be tomorrow and I dread it. She keeps me in her office for close to an hour on a good day so I don’t know what to expect via computer. Hopefully, it won’t be so long.
