Therapy is always 1 hour, including now by video.

Pdoc is usually about 30 minutes. But this is because my pdoc likes to chat a lot and we talk about my issues to a certain extent as well. Then we get to meds at the end, and that's it. I really like my pdoc and appreciate all the time she gives me. I feel fortunate.
