My therapy appointments were generally like 45 minutes but now that I’m doing well and things are over the phone they’re more like 30 minutes. Psychiatrist appointments are usually about 10-15 minutes on the phone, usually more like 15 to 20 minutes in person. I’ve had longer appointments with her when doing very poorly, like up to 30-45 minutes.

Anyway, I feel the time I get is good.
