Being anxious all the time can be so exhausting. I hope the med change helps your symptoms.

I'm with Stiv on the benzodiazepines (valium, ativan, klonopin). Have you ever taken one of these? I'm not familiar with Buspar but the benzos are made to act quickly. Perhaps something to ask about? Ativan has been very helpful for me.
