So my panic attacks are starting to be a daily event and they are increasingly getting worse. I think the "shelter in place" is really starting to get to me. I've been working from home since early March and go back into the office early July at the earliest. The panic attacks have been coming on around 5:30 pm like clockwork and I jump into bed and ride it out...until I fall asleep. I've been getting 9 to 11 hours of sleep a night due to this.

I think this week I need to try and combat this new routine and make sure I'm doing something to occupy my mind instead of TV like reading a book while putting on some music or practice piano. I started learning piano a few months ago (I'm at the point where it's getting harder and I'm feeling intimidated so I'm not as motivated to practice. I did buy the stickers you put on the keys this week so hopefully that should help reduce the intimidation but that's beside the point).

I'm not looking for sympathy but I'm just wondering if others are feeling the same way due to being isolated at home and how are you handling it?
