Hi Jennyanydots! That's great that you are learning to play the piano. No need to rush to harder pieces. Or just that them little by little, practicing a lot on small portions. Do you have some privacy when practicing?
You are definitely not alone in anxiety increase due to the shelter at home. I was telling my therapist last Tuesday that I feel very mild agoraphobic-like symptoms showing after having triumphed over them about four years ago. She encouraged me to get out, little by little, to places that are the least anxiety-provoking. It sounds like you are coming up with plans, though. If one doesn't work, do give another a try.
