Well the best exercise for people with bad joints is swimming. If legs and knees are a problem you can just use your arms and if its your arms You can kick yourself around the pool. This is what ALL my doctors tell me is the best. Well I have no pool and the closest facility is 1.5 hours away so thats impossible for me..
I hate that Big Pharma cant come up with more psych meds that do not cause this ridiculous weight gain, But the effects of weight gain like high blood pressure ,Cholestrol and joint damage etc of course they seem to have a pill to help that... total suckage !
