Today had what felt like an attack of TMJ pain. Have been well for months on end, no jaw pain, and then the weather changed past few days with 20 degree drop in temperature, bam, my jaw has spasms of pain, then feel too cold, and tensing up which made it worse. Went outside for a few minutes with my dog, then ate dinner, and drank hot peppermint tea, feel better now. Didn’t help that fell asleep on the couch last night, slept somewhat ok, and didn’t sleep wearing mouth guard. Maybe this week will do yoga and meditation to help with possible more TMJ pain.
