I still won't weigh myself. I don't feel well. I've been drinking cappuccinos to deal with stress. I try to limit it to 2 a day. But I feel so bloated all the time. I had a breakfast sandwich, turkey/cheddar wrap and roasted turkey with brown rice. So not bad really. I will try to get more vegetables today.
