I’m replying only to share my experiences with medical cannabis etc.
I have multiple chronic illnesses autoimmune illnesses and go to several specialists.
With my fibromyalgia all the medications on the market that are traditionally prescribed I *declined*.
Why? Because all of them had side effects that stated the medications could increase depression or cause SI in individuals that have a history of depression.
My rheumatology specialists suggested CBD oil. I tried that and it did absolutely nothing for the level/severity of pain that I experience.
I was walking with a cane at this point.
I signed up for newsletters from national organizations and started learning/researching.
I started explaining to my providers what I needed from them.
I started asking about specify vitamins and immune support supplements.
Also because I have multiple chronic illnesses certain medications I am allergic to. There are medications, foods and environmental toxins that trigger some of my other autoimmune illnesses.
I was desperate and decided to get my cannabis license months after my rheumatology specialists suggested it.
I was approved in May 2020 and the process was not stalled because of Covid19.
In the state of Oklahoma dispensaries were deemed *essential*.
I first tried a pain relief rollover ball.
My experience was the THC pain roller ball had to be applied generously to the parts of my body in pain.
Which the THC roller ball did not last long.
Financially it was not in my budget.
I then tried gummies ( gluten free). My experience was the gummies do work for me but the put me to sleep, I started cutting them.
Next, I missed things up and purchased gummies and cannabis to smoke.
What made me decide to try smoking the cannabis was the price.
There are several apps that folx can download and find daily deals.
The really good deals were on cannabis tree that is smoked.
I purchased a rolling machine, papers and tips. I was not able to roll and I watched video tutorials.
I got frustrated, went to a local smoke shop and purchased a smoking pipe. Lol 😂
I had to write down the instructions on how to use it. I purchased a more elaborate pipe.
