Thank you EmeraldMonster. Today my TMJ pain is better, it’s not 100% better and is maybe 85-90% better. Walked outside today and it was upper 60’s and almost 70’s, and sunny. In the past doing small hand weights helps and a few years ago PT helped a lot. Can still use the exercise bands from PT so that will help. Yes I do know anxiety sometimes makes my symptoms worse, and it can be a combination of reasons why it gets worse it seems. Thank you for the excellent tips.
