You are very most welcome zapatoes! Glad you found my suggestions helpful. I know how awful the pain and discomfort can be and really feel for yourself and anyone else suffering with TMJ. Glad you are feeling a great deal better today. As you know there can be short periods of pain and suffering or annoyingly, long stints of it. I find mine flares up in times of stress, but it's part of my life now and I have to remind myself to keep calm and do anything I can to manage it. I guess the key is being motivated to make sure you are comfortable, you are doing good things to conquer your pain. I know it's easier said than done at times.
