so far: 2 apples (200), and i'm starting to eat my chicken breast (500), beans (150), onion (70), and serrano pepper (5). cooked w/ 1/2 tablespoon oil (60). i'll be at 985 cals when i'm done. for a snack i'll probably have a carrot & an orange to bring it to 1000 cals.
