What are your troubling symptoms? As mentioned, there are tons of antipsychotics now. All a little different. I have been on a ton of them. Some better than others. For psychosis, I have found Trilafon and Zyprexa really useful. I am bipolar and do better with traditional mood stabilizers, like Depakote and lithium and stuff. The best antidepressants I have been on are Wellbutrin and Cymbalta. I have been on maybe fifteen or twenty of them over the years. They all sucked but those two. Exercise and talking with other bipolar people are also critical for me, every day.
