Today went just like I had predicted. Today was the day that the new software at work took effect. Just like what I thought it would happen, the new software didn't work for me. So my computer was down from 10:15 and on. So I still have to get someone to help me tomorrow. This one guy I know offered to help, but he was too busy. I called a help-line and couldn't get anyone. Well the good news is that I'm not the only one who had that problem. It's nerve wracking not having the computer to work.
