Thank you, I've also heard the part about exercise and I find that it sometimes works for mixed episodes if it's something where I can let out a bit of rage.

If your therapist was personally cruel to you then I would definitely take that personally. For me, I think the situation is a little different because even though my therapist could have fought harder against the practice's policy (to ban all f2f meetings regardless of urgency) I do still believe she's well-intentioned and wants the best for me. (And like I said I really want to continue to believe that and hopefully start feeling it again at some point.)
