Thanks for your response and letting me know that you have read it. Its pretty scary how little people having come across the filming aspect of it but I guess they don't want to be trapped in a endless cycle. If I had the hindsight a year a go to know what filming myself has done to me psychologically I would never have started it. It's completely crippled me and made me afraid not to use it. I would assume the only way out of this mess would be to stop filming myself which I tried to do before Covid came along. Then I started again, so frustrating
