You could miss out on finding out some of the reasons why

You might miss out on finding a friend or colleague who once was not...

Self discovery

Some time for fun

laughter

Deepening a relationship or friendship

Learning what love means if this applies

Learning how to forgive (at least some of the “offenders” ) if this applies

I do not think forgiveness can occur without at least some understanding ??

Something beautiful, however big or small

Thoughts on any of this??

Possible trigger:

BTW I have fallen out with a couple of people (two in total... is it them? Is it me? Does it even matter.......) in two different groups recently. I do not place all the blame on the other people. There are usually if not always imperfections in every humans words and/or actions at times. That’s what makes us interesting. How boring it would be if we were all the same.

This bipolar group is such a diverse group which is one of the reasons I appreciate it. It makes it a vibrant group, not stagnant or stuck. And being “stuck” isn’t a crime either, and imho even the best therapist irl can’t determine everything about someone .... in less than TEN years, at least that’s my opinion. Feel free to set me straight

Sorry about the ramble
