But please .. not about the **** currently in this world (I think some may guess what I am meaning here ). (because for one thing, that makes it much harder for me to WANT to be alive )
BTW I have fallen out with a couple of people (two in total... is it them? Is it me? Does it even matter.......) in two different groups recently. I do not place all the blame on the other people. There are usually if not always imperfections in every humans words and/or actions at times. That’s what makes us interesting. How boring it would be if we were all the same.
This bipolar group is such a diverse group which is one of the reasons I appreciate it. It makes it a vibrant group, not stagnant or stuck. And being “stuck” isn’t a crime either, and imho even the best therapist irl can’t determine everything about someone .... in less than TEN years, at least that’s my opinion. Feel free to set me straight
Sorry about the ramble

It's your thread, ramble to your heart's content.

(I don't see a ramble.)
Falling out with others often feels uncomfortable. It might elicit many different feelings. I have often learned a lot about myself and others during these times. Sometimes I learn there's a conflict that may never be resolved and it's best for me to send love from a distance. Other times, I realize I truly desire to further cultivate the relationship, perhaps becoming closer friends.
Relationships are important. They are much more important than I've liked to admit at times in my life. I do now feel my friendships are extremely important to me. I cherish them.
I'll add here: I cherish you. Getting to know you has been quite a blessing in my life.
With Love and Utmost Gratitude
