I was thinking of asking this question and then a post in the check in thread helped me to decide to ask it...

Have you ever had therapy twice a week and did it help?

If so, how did it help and was it worth it, re the cost etc...

(I just read someone’s post who said the pdoc wants to see them tomorrow. I don’t really feel I needed the twice a week therapy... not with “him” anyway.
