Are you sure it’s too late to transition at your age? When I was telling my uncle about my transition plans he mentioned an 80 year old women in his town who was just now transitioning.

I’ve been transitioning for 3 months during covid. I’ve been going to the doctors a lot and it’s been fine. Corona hasn’t stopped it.
