I ate well yesterday and I went for a short walk. Basically I'm doing low carb, trying to keep my carbs below 100. It's worked before but I'm stalling at the moment. I did some research and it seems like I need less protein and less dairy. Guess I will have to cut back on my cheese and try to eat more salads. Also, I will try to walk longer. Maybe take the long way around to the gazebo in the mornings.
