I suffered incontinence for some time due to an intractable C-Diff infection. I had to wear special underwear to deal with it. It was strange and inconvenient for awhile but I grew used to it after a time. Since I live in a very hot climate, I found that underwear that didn't "breathe" was a bit of a nuisance. I found the special underwear to be usually effective against urinary incontinence but was not up to the job of countering the effects of C-Diff. [without going into specifics]. I hope you will be able to adapt to all the the problems associated with all this. It must be very difficult. I wish you only the very best!
