I was surprised when I woke up this morning and I weighed 167.6. Just last week I was struggling for a long time to get below 170. At least the scale is moving now.
Today I’m trying to make it to 1230 calories. I’ve had a yogurt, a soy milk, some udon noodles, and I’m trying to eat a steak and fries from Outback.
