I work in a toxic work environment. Because Of my anxiety the added stress and pressure has made it where I am not retaining info, noisy coworkers make it hard to focus, I get confused, and because of the stress I am making too many errors and my supervisor is sending me emails that I would deem as harassing but that would be hard to prove. I’ve been working from home, but we will be returning to work partly remote and then back to the office. I am trying to obtain a letter from a doctor allowing me to remain at home, but not sure how that will go, so I will most likely seek an accommodation.
