Well I would wear long pants and long sleeve shirt at first. Just so you can have a chance to experience him in person and see what it’s like to be in each other’s presence.
My daughter met a guy through an online site and eventually she learned he had not only ptsd but significant scars from being close to a bomb that went off. He is a vet and a really nice guy and other wise handsome.
I dated a guy for a time who always wore long pants. After he got to know me he finally shared that he had been in a car accident and when he stepped out of the car he stepped in gasoline that quickly ignited severly burning both his legs. He had to have a lot of skin drafting and his legs were left severely scared
Well he was a nice guy and otherwise good looking. Did not bother me. It was best for him to feel safe with me until he felt comfortable sharing.
So I think it’s best to first see how it goes in person. Maybe make a date in a nearby park so you can have your dog with you. Most are choosing to socialize but safely in nearby parks.
